Postage

We aim to despatch all slings as quickly as possible. It may take longer to despatch orders during holiday times or when the needs of our family take us away from business, but we strive for a maximum 10 day despatch. Please contact us if you haven’t received your sling within 14 days.

All prices displayed in the Brightspark Slings shop are inclusive of postage and packaging within the UK .

European postage is charged at £4 per order. Unfortunately we are unable to ship slings outwith Europe.

Exchanges

One of the drawbacks of buying from the internet is that you can’t try your purchases on before you buy them, because of this we offer a 14 day exchange.

Any exchanges, must be returned to 30 Sheshader, Point, Isle of Lewis, Outer Hebrides, HS2 0EW in an ‘as new’ condition. Slings which have been washed, smell of perfume, body odour or smoke, or have animal hair on them will not be considered for exchange. Along with your sling, please include a note of your name and address, the sling you are returning and alternative size required.

We recommend that when returning any item you use the Royal Mail’s recorded delivery service. We cannot accept responsibility for any parcel which goes missing.
